This is a centrally managed (Network), and stand-alone license type.

How to access Wolfram Products 

NOTE: For installation requests for Mathematica Desktop on UMBC-owned shared devices like classroom and instructional lab computers that remain on campus, please submit an RT ticket indicating the device's operating system (Windows, Mac) so an IT staff member can perform the installation.
