When you report an issue, this form does not generate a support case with Blackboard and DoIT does not receive a copy of the incident report. Only Instructional Technology staff can open a ticket with Blackboard support. If you believe your issue requires additional support, please report the issue to Collaborate using this process and open an RT ticket with the same session information as follow-up

  1. Click on the icon in the upper left corner of the Collaborate session.
  2. Click Report an issue.
  3. Check the boxes that correspond to your issue.

  4. Describe your issue in the box provided 
  5. Click SUBMIT
