Before You Begin...

REX reports are used when building and maintaining your schedule of classes.  All REX reports update at midnight

In Internet Explorer or Firefox, go to http://rex.umbc.edu/, type ad\ prior to your username and password (same as for my.UMBC.edu)

1)    Classroom Occupancy REX Report: displays availability of Registrar controlled classrooms

Navigate to Guided Reports > Curriculum Management > Room > Classroom Occupancy. Change the Term if needed (defaults to current term), Sessions, Buildings, Scheduled By (select REGISTRAR only), Day(s) of Week, Periods to Include

2)    Combined Sections Scheduling REX Report: displays all Combined Sections and Cross-Listings pertaining to your department, regardless if you are the LEAD/PRIMARY or SECONDARY

Navigate to Guided Reports > Curriculum Management > Course > Combined Sections Scheduling. Change the Term if needed (defaults to current term), Session and Subject

3)    Cross Listing without Combined Section REX Report: displays all Cross-Listed courses that are without their partner for the term

Navigate to Guided Reports > Curriculum Management > Course > Cross-Listed Courses Without Combined Section. Select the Term, Click: View Report
