Reporting to the Director - Global Talent Management, Learning, Performance and Career, the Learning Multimedia Solutions - Sr Prof is responsible for designing and producing visual elements and multimedia assets for use in courses, learning journeys, and other consumable materials. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and versatile design and multimedia expert who can collaborate with internal stakeholders to create engaging visual and interactive elements including videos, interactive PDFs, job aids, digital courses and more.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Responsibilities:
Use a range of technical and creative skills to create digital learning programs and learning journeys focused on quality, collaboration, social learning, learner motivation and engagement using a variety of media
Manage the end-to-end design, development and release process of highly visual and interactive digital content within a fast-paced environment
Create and edit a wide range of media such as audio, video, custom animations/interactions, and custom graphics, etc.
Create custom interactive courses using tools such as Articulate Studio 9, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Create easy to digest and engaging employee resources including job aids, instructional PDFs, course materials, brochures, e-magazines, etc.
Maintain relevant and up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging digital learning technologies, digital tool trends and apply knowledge gained to improve our content
Build meaningful relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to ensure solutions meet the specific business needs and integrate well with the overall talent development strategy
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
10+ years of experience designing digital content (preferably in a learning or training environment, although other settings would be considered)
A solid portfolio of digital content such as e-magazines, interactive PDFs, wiki’s, job aids, etc.
Experience developing AICC/SCORM compliant content using content authoring tools such as: Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Studio, Articulate Rise, Vyond Studio, and Camtasia
Experience developing video content and using video editing software tools such as Adobe Premier, Photoshop, Final Cut or After Effects
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
Significant experience writing SEO-friendly content, UX writing, editing/proofing, and testing digital content
Experience laying out web pages, social media, emails, and other visual digital material
The ability to collaborate, influence and build relationships with all levels within the organization
Strong project and process management skills
Superior communication skills, both verbally and written
