Option 1

If your Ticket has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you can reopen the ticket.

  1. Go to http://my.umbc.edu
  2. If you are not logged in, enter your myUMBC username and password when prompted and click Login.
  3. Click Help.
  4. Select the Request History link at the top of the page.
  5. Click the subject line that pertains to the ticket you would like to reopen.
  6. Click Reply.
  7. Enter a description/reason why you are reopening the ticket.
  8. Click the Submit button.

Option 2

  1. Locate the Resolved email you received when the ticket was first closed.
  2. Click Reply in your email.
  3. Enter a description/reason why you are reopening the ticket.
  4. Click Send.

When ticket has been reopened, the results on the next page that appears will show the status change and the UMBC personnel assigned to resolve your ticket will be notified via email.
