Gmail
  1. Login into your UMBC GMail account
  2. Select the Gear in the top right and select Mail Settings
    Setting screen will appear with General tab selected
  3. Scroll down to Signature
  4. Select the radio button beside the empty text box
  5. Type the information you wish to have in your signature in the empty text box
  6. Scroll further down the page until you see the Save Changes button
  7. Click the Save Changes button
    GMail goes back to your Inbox
Outlook 2010
  1. Open Outlook
  2. Click New Email button
  3. Now click Signatures button and then Signatures   
  4. This will open a small window, where you can add or edit your signature
  5. Click OK to close the Signatures window
