Tell Me

If you are using TurningPoint Cloud, you will:

  1. Open TurningPoint Cloud and click the Manage tab
  2. Select the participant list you would like to update
  3. Click the Update button


  4. Select and enter in the appropriate Integration and Server Address
    1. Integration - Blackboard SSO
    2. Server address - https://blackboard.umbc.edu
  5. Click Connect
  6. Enter in your myUMBC login credentials if prompted
    1. ((warning) Users that have Duo enabled on their accounts will need to grant permission for log in at this step (warning))
  7. Click Update List
  8. Click Close

If you are using TurningPoint 8, you will:

  1. Open TurningPoint 8 and click the Manage Tab
  2. Select the participant list you would like to update
  3. Click "Update" 

Note: TurningPoint 8 automatically syncs to Blackboard courses and updates the participant list every midnight.
