Users trying access myUMBC and other UMBC-related sites from certain off-campus networks may find that their browser gets stuck redirecting between two pages when trying to log in. Most common networks that experience the issue include mobile hotspots and those in highly-secured or government locations. Since this is due to an issue with the network rather than your account, we recommend you try using another network. However, if you're unable to try another network, you can use the following steps to log in.
- Visit vpn.umbc.edu
- In the top right hand corner of the page, you'll see a text field with the word browse next to it.
- Type the URL of the page you're wishing to visit in the text box as you would in your browser's URL bar and hit enter.
