The Adobe Creative Cloud license is only available to active UMBC employees (access will no longer be available upon leaving UMBC employment). Make sure to use your default UMBC email address when signing in to the Adobe Creative Cloud since email aliases will likely fail the sign in process. If you are a UMBC faculty/staff member that is unable to sign in to your Adobe Creative Cloud account using your myUMBC credentials, please submit an RT ticket to receive assistance.
Regarding Adobe apps on mobile devices: Although this page is for Adobe desktop apps, there is a limited selection of Adobe apps and features available for mobile devices and will require your UMBC Adobe account (like the desktop apps). Please go here to see what apps are available. For more information on the mobile apps and how to access them, please see the Adobe mobile apps FAQ.
Do not sign in to the Creative Cloud desktop app through Continue with Google, Continue with Facebook, or Continue with Apple as doing so will only give you access to trial versions of Adobe apps. Please sign in as demonstrated in the instructions below.
To download and install Adobe Creative Cloud apps on your computer, please follow the instructions below:
- Go here, click Sign In at the top right-hand corner of the screen, type in your UMBC email address, and click Continue.
- Click Company or School Account and then log in to myUMBC.
- Follow these instructions to download and install the Creative Cloud desktop app (To sign in to the Creative Cloud desktop app after it has installed: Type in your UMBC email address and click Continue, click Company or School Account, and then log in to myUMBC).
- Open the Creative Cloud desktop app, click the Apps tab, and then choose the apps you want to install.
