| Content Editor Cannot Resize Images in a Table via Mouse | When an image is inserted in a table in the Content Editor, Users cannot resize it using the mouse. When dragging the resize pointer to enlarge the image, the image snaps back to a smaller size once releasing the pointer. | Grade Center Feedback not Updating After Override for Group Submissions | For Group Submissions, feedback to a User does not update once a Grade Override has been made for that specific User. | Inconsistent Ability to Launch LTI Tools in Safari | The Safari Browser encounters some issues while attempting to launch certain LTI Tools within Blackboard. | SafeAssign Restructures Paper Titles Containing Colons | When a paper is submitted to SafeAssign that has a colon in the title (Test Paper: Episode 1), the portion of the title located after the colon is moved to the next line. The move can cause the portion of the title to be added to the body of the Paper. The matching uses the restructured version of the paper, instead of the original configuration of the paper. | 0047171 |

| Calculated Formula Question Marked Incorrect Despite Matching the Correct Answer | Calculated formula question marked incorrect despite matching the correct answer. This is an issue with the Calculated Formula grader when grading exponential numbers. Effectively when a User uses a higher or lower notation than the expected answer it will fail, although it is mathematically equivalent. A basic example is the answer for an exponential answer is: 1.66E-24 if you put the following value in: 166E-26 it will be marked as incorrect, even though it is mathematically correct. | 0047127 |

| Manage Package Contents for Export Course Generate Errors | A NullPointerException error generates when using almost all the actions in the Manage Package Contents window during the the Export Package in a Course. The only unaffected actions are opening a file or a folder. Please contact the Bb system admin via RT for support. The error message "Only POST methods are accepted for grade changes..." shows and doesn't save the text.
