Description: This position will be responsible for consulting with senior and mid-level business leaders to assess learning needs and determine the required training to fulfill firm-wide business goals.  The position will be responsible for leading the project encompassing needs analysis, creating the conceptual design, developing and deploying the solution, and evaluating training impact. The position will be a thought leader sharing expert advice and utilize project management skills throughout the project lifecycle.

Acts as a consultant and trusted advisor for internal business clients to determine business and functional capabilities for now and in the future.  Established collaborative relationships with HR partners, aligning needs with existing and upcoming changes taking place within a department or division.  Collaborates within the EL Leadership Team on learning strategies and initiatives including design, development, and deployment. Additionally, conduct research and offer ongoing recommendations for process improvement.  Engages with external vendors to integrate leading best practices and programs into learning strategies, processes and programs.


  •  College degree and 2 years of related work experience, or
  • Associate degree and 4 years related work experience, or
  • High School diploma/equivalent and 6 years related work experience

  • Demonstrated capability and experience managing projects that could be large in scope, applying excellent project management skills
  • Exceptional consultative, influence, and decision-making skills
  • Strong analytical skills with application for effective problem solving and strong attention to detail

  • Able to effectively communicate with all levels of leadership (written and oral)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, highest degree of professionalism, confidentiality, maturity, and diplomacy
  • Ability to work independently, as well as, collaborating and leading small and large teams
  • Excellent instructional design skills
  • Expert knowledge of Storyline and Captivate authoring tools
  • Strong knowledge of graphic design skills including Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Expert knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to coach and mentor other learning professionals
