1. Locate the page where you with to have the Google Assignments link

2. Under Build Content locate Google Assignments.

3. If you are setting up an assignment for the first time within a course, you may have a series of prompts that you will need to complete. Ensure you link your UMBC account. 

4. Complete the Assignment details on the following screen, and click Create:

You will not be able to edit the Total Points after creating the assignment. This points total will sync with your Gradebook. If you change the point total in either the Gradebook or through the Google Assignments the link may break preventing your students from accessing it. 

Due date does not link back to your Blackboard course. You will need to edit Assignment details to change when it is due,

Refresh your browser window to see the LTI Link appear in your course. 

5. Click the downward arrow next to the assignment named LTI Link and click Edit.

6. Change the Name of the assignment from LTI Link to the name of the assignment, and change the Due Date if applicable. Click Save

Do not edit the points total. 

Blackboard Ultra

1. From your course content, locate the purple +, based on where you would like to locate the link within your course. 

2. Click Content Market. From the next screen, click on Google Assignments.

4. Complete the Assignment details on the following screen, and click Create:

5. Click on the three dots to the far right of the LTI Link assignment.  Click Edit.

6. Change the Name of the assignment from LTI Link to the name of the assignment, and change the Due Date if applicable. Click Save
